An ardent advocate for gender and sexuality rights, Siddhi strongly believes in the power of storytelling in inspiring change. She co-founded India’s first Gay-Straight Alliance at the school level and started an international e-magazine for LGBT+ youth to connect that had contributions from over 17 countries. She is a Global Changemaker and has been running her NGO called Project Voice+ for the past 4 years. Siddhi is a Development Sector professional working at the United Nations Foundation & Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, with an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from LSE. She has an entrepreneurial mindset and a service minded approach, which helped her gain work experience at international organisations with a focus on social justice projects through strategic consultancy, project management and data driven research.
Founder & Executive Director
As an advocate for a better, safer and more equitable world, and a survivor of violence, Lina has worked with multiple nonprofits and local government offices dedicated to creating a more just society. Through roles with the International Rescue Committee, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and Women for Women International she has held and taught literacy classes for Afghan women and girls, assisted newly arrived refugees and immigrants with cultural adjustment, served the formerly incarcerated through restoring their civil rights, and conducted research to help those fleeing persecution and violence. Lina holds a B.A. in Leadership Studies and Political Science from the University of Richmond and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
Director of Strategy (Founding Member)
From British Columbia, Canada, Jasper is passionate about public policy, sustainability, migration, and conflict resolution. Jasper has advised Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, and governments through his roles with McKinsey & Company, the International Rescue Committee, and Negotiation Advice International Ltd, and his work on migration and negotiation has been published by the United Nations and World Economic Forum. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jasper co-founded two award-winning initiatives, Dear Canadians and the Co-VID Student Support Network, to support communities across Canada and raise money for COVID relief. Jasper holds an A.B. in Strategic Social Behavior from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
Community & External Relations Ambassador
Masuma Payamon is a Hazara from Afghanistan who migrated to the United Kingdom at the age of 8. Masuma is passionate about human rights and is a dedicated activist. Through her artwork and social media marketing, she raises awareness on social issues in Afghanistan, including women’s rights and ethnic minorities such as the Hazaras. As a member of the Afghan communities in the United Kingdom, particularly the Hazara Council of Great Britain, Masuma has assisted in raising money for different charities to help people in Afghanistan. Since the Taliban's takeover in Afghanistan, she has supported many vulnerable Afghan families in their evacuation process. Masuma holds a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University and has recently graduated from the University of Oxford with an MSc in Neuroscience.

Zohra Hunter is a Hazara immigrant from Afghanistan. Due to decades of war and lack of tolerance towards women, faith, and the Hazara ethnicity, she migrated to the United States where she lives with her husband and three children. Zohra is passionate about minority rights and transitional justice, and hopes to use her experience and education to raise awareness and demand justice for the persecuted ethnic/religious minorities across the globe. Zohra holds a B.S. in Political Science, and is currently pursuing a Masters in International Affairs.
